Dr. Carlos Astrada is a board certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrist. Dr. Astrada received his medical degree from Catholic University of Cordoba Faculty of Medicine.

Founder

Cristina Astrada-Keeling is a first generation bilingual clinical Psychotherapist who is proficient in both English and Spanish. Cristina graduated via Magna Cum Laude from Johns Hopkins University. Since graduating, she has gained extensive knowledge and experience in her profession, and utilizes an integrative approach that focuses primarily on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma Focused CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. Cristina provides individual, group, couples counseling, family therapy, parenting support, and maternal and paternal mental health. Cristina has specialized training in working with clients who have experienced (as well as those who have witnessed) domestic violence, sexual abuse and assault, human trafficking, addiction, depression, anxiety, as well as a range of topics that create instability in people's lives. Above all of her clinical experience, Cristina believes that the most critical components are building a healthy professional relationship that focuses on being transparent with her clientele. Cristina does not use "a one size fits all approach", and works closely with her clients and others involved in their lives to create individualized goals to help them achieve balance, self-esteem, healthy interpersonal relationships with others, and overall wellness and stability. Cristina works with children, adolescents, and adults. She accepts most insurances, as well as fee for service.
